Powered Grain Spreader Manual

Shown in this video is the SA-104HS. This was being fed with a 13" auger running around 6000 bushels/hour in a 42' bin. 

Spinning Gravity Spreaders

These are designed to keep the fines from building up in the center of the bin without using electricity.

The grain goes through the cone and hits the inverted cone suspended by the shaft that rotates when the grain hits the bottom cone. 

SA-105

  • Handles 3000-5000 bushels/hour
  • ​Spreads up to 30' without chutes.
  • Spreads 36'+ bins with chute extensions.

SA-106

  • Handles 6000-9000 bushels/hour
  • ​Spreads up to 30' without chutes.
  • Spreads 36'+ bins with chute extensions.
  • Made out of heavy duty (12ga) galvanized. 
  • Has 4 heavy duty straps with slotted holes on the cone for leveling. 

SA-107

  • Handles 10,000-15,000 bushels/hour
  • ​Spreads 30' without chute extensions.
  • Spreads 36'+ bins with chute extensions. 
  • Heavy Duty (12ga) galvanized
  • Has 4 heavy duty straps with slotted holes on the cone for leveling.

SA-98

  • Handles up to 3000 bushels/hour
  • No moving parts​
  • Up to 18' bin

Centering Hoppers

The centering hopper is a optional addition to your spreader. These help with centering the grain through the spreader.

Optional Brackets

All of our spreaders are made for a 30" opening. If your opening is larger than 30", you will need additional brackets to hang your spreader. 

SA-24 - 5" Bracket - 36-40" opening

SA-25 - 8" Bracket - 48" opening

SA-26 - 8" Bracket - 60" opening

SA-27 -  Adjustable Bracket - 27"-60" opening

Standard Brackets

Every spreader comes standard with our SA-30 triangle brackets. These are made of thick steel that is zinc plated and made to last.
